Do your automatic washes use brushes that might scratch my paint?
No, all of our automatic washes are touchless systems. We utilize either Karcher laser contouring technology or Typhoon high-pressure systems, both of which clean your vehicle thoroughly without any physical brushes touching your paint. This eliminates the risk of scratches or swirl marks that can occur with brush-based systems.
Can I wash my oversized vehicle at your locations?
Yes, all of our self-service bays can accommodate dually pickup trucks. Additionally, our 37th Street location in Evans can accommodate semi-trucks in select bays. If you have questions about a specific vehicle size, please contact the location directly.
How do I report an issue with a wash bay or equipment?

How does the dog wash at the 39th Avenue location work?
Our dog wash is a self-service station that includes raised washing tubs, warm water, multiple shampoo options (regular, conditioner, and flea/tick), and blow dryers. The station is available 24/7 and accepts both coins, cash and credit cards. No appointment is necessary.
What types of payment do you accept?
All of our locations accept cash, credit cards, and fleet account cards. Change machines are available at each location for self-service bay and vacuum use.
Do you have gift cards available?
Yes, gift cards are available for purchase at all Bee Clean Auto Wash locations. They can be used for any service at any of our five locations, making them a perfect gift for any vehicle owner.
What is the best way to wash a vehicle with ceramic coating or paint protection film?
For vehicles with specialized finishes like ceramic coatings or paint protection film, we recommend our touchless automatic washes, which provide thorough cleaning without physical contact that could potentially damage these surfaces. The Premium or Ultimate Protection packages offer the most comprehensive care for these high-end finishes.
Do you have any eco-friendly practices or products?
While we don’t currently have specific eco-friendly initiatives to highlight, we do strive for efficiency in our operations. Our Karcher systems use laser contouring to minimize water and product waste, and we carefully select cleaning agents that balance effectiveness with environmental impact.
